Venus gave Nova her spa day and she was so welcoming and kind from the moment I texted her. I didn't want to take her to an assembly line type groomer because of her anxiety, and the website explained exactly what she does opposed to box groomers. Such a 1:1 experience, and SO affordable compared to other less personalized places. Nova was $58 and she's 15lbs long-haired!"
